These terms govern your use of the Ayat Al-Bayan Academy website and enrollment in our programs. By using the site or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Description of Service
Ayat Al-Bayan Academy provides live, one-on-one online sessions in Quran memorization and Tajweed, Arabic language, and Islamic studies for children and adults worldwide, delivered by certified male and female teachers.
Enrollment & Minors
Anyone may enroll in our programs. Students under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for supervising the student’s attendance.
Free Trial & Communication
The free trial session and the enrollment process are arranged over WhatsApp or email, with no obligation to purchase. Plan details, scheduling, and payment arrangements are agreed directly with our team.
Packages & Payment
Plan prices are shown in your local currency (SAR, AED, QAR, KWD, or OMR) and include a set number of circles. Payments are collected through the secure payment methods available (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay) as a single one-time payment when you purchase a package, and do not auto-renew; to continue after your package’s circles are used, you can purchase a new package.
Scheduling & Attendance
The student or guardian is responsible for attending sessions at the agreed time. To reschedule, please contact our team on WhatsApp to arrange an alternative time with the teacher.
Code of Conduct
We expect mutual respect from all students, guardians, and teachers during sessions and communications. The Academy may suspend or terminate access for abusive behavior or violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All curriculum, teaching materials, branding, and website content are the property of Ayat Al-Bayan Academy and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Cancellation & Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
We work to ensure reliable, high-quality service, but are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our control, such as issues with a student’s internet connection. The Academy is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Academy operates.
